ESTATE PLANNING

Life Seasons Estate Planning specializes in estate planning for individuals and families, whether you have children or not. Our commitment lies in building strong relationships with our clients and crafting customized plans that cater to your unique circumstances. We've developed systems to guarantee that your estate plan remains effective and continues to serve you and your family seamlessly.

PLANNING FOR LIFE

At Life Seasons Estate Planning, we believe that estate planning is not just about signing documents—it's the beginning of a long-term relationship dedicated to supporting you and your family through life's changes.

Traditional firms often conclude their service after document signing, ending the relationship when you sign your documents. They often expect their clients to “fund” their Trusts (which involves transferring your property into your Trusts).

We strive to build a lifetime relationship. We include a complimentary three-year, 30-minute phone consultation with each estate plan. This ensures that as your circumstances evolve, so does your estate plan.

The Kids Protection Plan®

What is a Kids Protection Plan®?
A Kids Protection Plan® includes instructions, legal documents, and an ID card for your wallet, crucial for parents with children dependent on their care and well-being.

  • Ensuring Custody Preferences: In the event of an accident, the Kids Protection Plan® prevents children from being placed under the custody of Child Protective Services or individuals not chosen by you.
  • Guardianship Designation: The plan ensures children are raised by individuals selected by you, not appointed by a judge unfamiliar with your preferences.

Probate and Trust Administration

We provide comprehensive probate and estate administration services in cases (such as Will plans or intestacies- no estate plan) where probate or estate administration is required.

LEAVING A REAL LEGACY

Leaving a meaningful legacy involves more than just passing on material wealth. It encompasses your faith, ethics, core values, character, and the example you set during your lifetime. It's about the personal values, achievements, and impact that resonate with those around you.

Here are a few ways to consider leaving a lasting legacy for your loved ones:

  • Bound Book: Document your life story, experiences, and wisdom in a tangible form that can be passed down through generations.
  • Videos: Record messages, stories, and advice for your family and loved ones to cherish and learn from.
  • Facebook Page: Create a virtual meeting space where family members can gather, share memories, and stay connected even after you're gone.
